Prosedur bagi pelapor :

  1. Melakukan registrasi dari halaman REGISTRASI untuk mendapatkan nomor registrasi. Simpan nomor registrasi dan kata-sandi dan jaga kerahasiaannya.
  2. Masuk dengan nomor registrasi dan kata-sandi yang telah dibuat.
  3. Menuliskan pengaduan serta mengunggah dokumen pendukung terkait.
Catatan :
  • Seluruh komunikasi dan status permohonan bisa dipantau secara purna waktu setelah

Procedure for whistleblower :

  1. Register yourself through REGISTRATION page to obtain a registration number. Keep the registration number and password confidentially.
  2. Login using the registration number and password.
  3. Write your report and upload related documents.
Note :
  • The current status and all communication are accessible in real time basis through the REGISTRATION page of each applicant.
